To ensure that all our patients have the opportunity to give us feedback, we have worked with our amazing Trust Clinical Photographer, Harriett Armstrong to design and introduce these fabulous Friends and Family Test (FFT) Cards for patients to provide feedback on the experiences of care using either the URL or QR code.
The card has the information in English and the top 7 languages spoken by the local patient population.
We are started in the Accident and Emergency department as well as the Outpatient department where our patients are sometimes in a rush and may not always get the opportunity to use of our hand held mobile devices or stand alone kiosks.
This is a fabulous win-win for patients and staff. North Mid leading the way!
